These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Tirta Bali Explorer, including but not limited to private tours, day tours, airport transfers, transportation services, activity bookings, and customized travel packages.

2. Booking and Reservation

All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, email, or authorized representatives.

A booking will only be confirmed after receiving confirmation from our team.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, travel details, pickup location, contact information, and any special requirements during the booking process.

Tirta Bali Explorer reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if the provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Payment Policy

Payment methods may include bank transfer, cash payment, online payment, or other approved payment methods.

A deposit may be required to secure selected tours, activities, or transportation services.

The remaining balance must be settled before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price changes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or WhatsApp.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the service booked.

General cancellation policy:

  • More than 7 days before service date: Full refund minus transaction fees (if applicable).
  • 3–7 days before service date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before service date: No refund.
  • No-show on the day of service: No refund.

Certain activities operated by third-party providers may have separate cancellation policies.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

5. Changes and Modifications

Customers may request modifications to their bookings subject to availability.

Changes involving travel dates, pickup locations, destinations, or participant numbers may incur additional charges.

Tirta Bali Explorer reserves the right to adjust schedules, routes, or itineraries due to weather conditions, traffic situations, government regulations, natural disasters, or operational requirements.

6. Tour and Transportation Services

All tours and transportation services operate according to the itinerary and duration agreed upon during booking.

Additional destinations, overtime services, or itinerary changes requested during the trip may incur extra charges.

Customers are expected to respect local customs, regulations, and cultural practices while participating in tours and activities.

Drivers and guides reserve the right to refuse service to customers displaying inappropriate, abusive, illegal, or unsafe behaviour.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
  • Ensuring all personal belongings are secure.
  • Following instructions provided by drivers, guides, and activity operators.
  • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance if desired.
  • Maintaining respectful behavior toward staff, local communities, and other participants.

Any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, accommodations, or property due to negligence or misconduct may be charged to the responsible customer.

8. Health and Safety

Customers must inform Tirta Bali Explorer of any medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, or special requirements that may affect participation in tours or activities.

Certain activities may involve physical risks, including but not limited to snorkeling, diving, rafting, ATV riding, trekking, and water sports.

Participation in such activities is undertaken at the customer's own risk.

Customers should follow all safety instructions provided by activity operators at all times.

9. Weather and Force Majeure

Tirta Bali Explorer shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Volcanic activity
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Civil disturbances

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives whenever possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tirta Bali Explorer acts as a tour and transportation service provider and, in some cases, as an intermediary between customers and third-party operators.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss of life
  • Property damage
  • Theft or loss of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Tirta Bali Explorer for the affected service.

11. Third-Party Services

Some tours and activities may be operated by independent third-party providers.

By booking such services, customers acknowledge that those providers may have separate terms, conditions, safety requirements, and cancellation policies.

Tirta Bali Explorer is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of third-party service providers.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and branding materials, is the property of Tirta Bali Explorer unless otherwise stated.
